Summary:
After summer internship students should submit written report about summer internship. Two main targets of this training period are to improve knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry. It should have 15 to 20 pages including the appendices.
Students are allowed to analyze, to design and to debate about what their have learnt during internship period from a professional and personal point of view
