The project is based on the book Symbols and Metaphors by Prof. Dr Veselin Vukotić. Each group must select one or more chapters from the book and develop a creative presentation inspired by the selected chapter.

The objective is not simply to retell the book, but to connect its ideas with your own experiences, reflections, and understanding of life. Creativity, critical thinking, research, teamwork, and active participation are essential.

YOUR NEXT STEPS

  1. Read the Project Rulebook carefully. All group members are expected to understand the rules, deadlines, attendance requirements, and presentation guidelines.

  2. Arrange your first group meeting at UDG. Discuss the available chapters from Symbols and Metaphors, agree on your topic, and appoint a group leader. Each group may have a maximum of seven members.

  3. Submit your topic and group leader's details by 22 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.

  4. Begin working on your project. Your presentation should be creative and engaging, connecting the selected chapter with real-life experiences and ideas.

Please note that the presentation must last between 7 and 10 minutes. Reading from a script is prohibited, and a conventional PowerPoint presentation or a video-only presentation is not permitted. AI tools may be used for research purposes only, not to create the presentation itself. Attendance at rehearsals and active participation by all group members are mandatory.

Students who do not actively participate in the project may face restrictions on taking the examination in the subject to which the project is linked, in accordance with the Project Rulebook.
