Doc.dr Vesna Boljević je angažovana kao predavač na Univerzitetu Donja Gorica - Fakultetu za prehrambenu tehnologiju, bezbednost hrane i ekologiju i Fakultetu za kulturu i turizam. Ima napredno znanja iz domena biotehnoloških sistema i znanje vezano za upravljanje istraživačkim projektima. Posjeduje stručno znanje iz oblasti: proizvodnja hrane, razvoj hrane, dizajn proizvodnih sistema u prehrambenoj industriji i preduzetništvu.
