Rezime

Dr Snežana Radulović je zaposlena na Prirodno-matematičkom fakultetu Univerziteta u Novom Sadu u zvanju redovnog profesora iz oblasti Ekologije od 2016. godine. Za Šefa Katedre za ekologiju i zaštitu životne sredine (kasnije Katedre za ekologiju) birana je u mandatima 2012-2015, 2015-2018. i 2018-2021. godine. Kreator je i koordinator modula Ekološki inžinjering na master studijama Biologije i Ekologije PMF-a za akreditacioni ciklus 2008-2018, u novom ciklusu od 2021. godine. Mentor je preko 50 diplomskih i master radova iz oblasti ekologije, dve odbranjene doktorske disertacije na Univerzitetu u Novom Sadu i Univerzitetu u Beogradu i četiri doktorske disertacije u finalnoj fazi izrade (PMF i FTN UNS). Od 2015. godine je birana na stalnu listu stalnih spolјnih mentora doktorskih studija Fakulteta tehničkih nauka Univerziteta u Novom Sadu za oblast Inžinjerstvo zaštite životne sredine.  Od strane Fulbright fondacije State Department-a 2011. godine imenovana je za key - host profesora Fulbright stipendiste Prof Mac Alford-a (The University of Southern Mississipi, Department of Biology) za akademski boravak 2011/2012. godine. Autor je dva udžbenika.


Naučna aktivnost Prof Snežane Radulović obuhvata oblasti ekologije akvatičnih ekosistema, ekoklimatologije i hidromorfologije, klimatskih promena i akvatičnih koridora biljnih invazija, GIS-a i sistema dalјinske detekcije u fitogeografiji, prvenstveno UAV snimaka i sonara, kao i metodološki specifičnih analiza velikih baza podataka sa fokusom na ML (machine learning) trenirane algoritme (veštačke neuronske mreže, ANN). Kao istraživač učestvovala je u više nacionalnih i međunarodnih projekata, a kao rukovodilac ili koordinator u tri projekta saradnje sa privredom, tri FP7 i jednom Erasmus+ projektu. Objavila je preko 60 naučnih i stručnih radova. U poslednjih 10 godina publikovala je 18 naučnih radova sa SCI liste. Koautor je na dva tehnička (IT) rešenja. 2019. godine imenovana je za vodećeg sudskog veštaka PMF-a UNS za procene uticaja minihidrocentrala na životnu sredinu.

Poseban segment angažovanja Prof Snežane Radulović predstavlјa metodološka standardizacija hidromorfološkog monitoringa i monitoringa biote (makrofite, makroinvertebrate, ribe) u oblasti ekologije kopnenih voda, kroz rad u naučnim, stručnim, tehničkim i normativnim telima, kako na nacionalnom (ISO KSH 147 Republike Srbije) tako i evropskom nivou (EU CEN WG2), gde je od 2006. godine u svojstvu eksperta punopravnog statusa angažovana u procesu kreiranja, testiranja i implementacije standarda u određivanju ekološkog statusa akvatičnih ekosistema. Od septembra 2012. godine obavllja funkciju Predsednika Republičke Komisije ISO/CEN KH147 'Kvalitet voda' Instituta za standardizaciju Republike Srbije.  Oktobra 2019. godine delegirana od strane EU CEN komisije u CIS ECOSTAT radnu grupu Evropske komisije za implementaciju WFD sa sedištem u Joint Research Centre, Ispra, Italija.
