Dr Ines Pajović je predavač iz oblasti ekonomije, kulture i turizma. Od 2014. godine predaje na Univerzitetu Donja Gorica. Trenutno je zaposlena kao nacionalni projektni koordinator u Međunarodnoj organizaciji rada. U periodu od 2014. do 2019. godine bila je koordinator studija na Fakultetu za kulturu i turizam (2014-2019), Fakultetu za dizajn i multimediju (2015-2016) i na studijskom programu Međunarodno hotelijerstvo i menadžment – Vatel (2016-2019). Na Univerzitetu Mediteran bila je angažovana kao asistent u realizaciji nastave na u periodu 2011-2014.Osnovne studije iz ekonomije završila je na Univerzitetu West of England u Bristolu, magistarske iz međunarodnog bankarstva na Univerzitetu City of London u Londonu, a doktorske studije iz ekonomije na Univerzitetu Donja Gorica.Bila je učesnica brojnih mobilnosti i tom prilikom boravila je i stručno se usavršavala na mnogim evropskim univerzitetima u Britaniji, Portugalu, Sloveniji i Austriji.
