Opis predmeta

 

Cilj izučavanja ovog predmeta jeste sticanje znanja o razvoju umjetničkog stvaralaštva na teritoriji Crne Gore od perioda praistorije, preko Ilirske države, grčkog i rimskog nasljeđa u antici (na nivou slikarstva, arhitekture, skulptura i primijenjene umjetnosti), kao i srednjeg vijeka, novog vijeka, renesanse i baroka, ali i savremenog doba. U kursu se polazi od analize praistorijskog perioda i pregleda umjetničkog nasljeđa antičke Grčke i Rima sa posebnim akcentom na arhitekturu, slikarstvo i primijenjenu umjetnost, zatim se analizira srednjovjekovna umjetnost Crne Gore pri čemu se posebna pažnja posvećuje srednjovjekovnim gradovima I skulpturi, da bi se u nastavku akcenat stavio na umjetničke spomenike u periodu od IV do X vijeka i umjetničku kulturu Duklje, srednjovjekovnu umjetnost u Crnoj Gori I romaniku i gotiku. Studenti se takođe upoznaju sa umjetničkom kulturom u foba Balšića, Crnojevića, postvizantijskom umjetnošću, renesansom I barokom. Poseban segment kursa posvećen je modernoj umjetnosti u Crnoj Gori I aktuelnoj crnogorskoj umjetničkoj kulturi.

 

 

Nakon završetka kursa, student će biti osposobljen da:

 

-Primijeni istorijsku klasifikaciju u istoriji umetnosti;

-Analizira glavne epohe u crnogorskoj istoriji umjetnosti;

-Opiše i analizira ključne karakteristike pojedinih epoha ( književnost, arhitektura,vajarstvo, slikarstvo i primijenjena umjetnost);

-Diskutuje o najznačajnijim djelima crnogorske umjetnosti i kritički ih analizira;

-Kritički analizira trenutno stanje na nivou crnogorske umjetničke scene;

-Identifikuje mogućnosti adekvatne turističke valorizacije umjetničkog nasljeđa

 

 

Course description

 

 

The aim of this course is to acquire knowledge about the development of artistic creativity in Montenegro from prehistoric times, through the Illyrian state, Greek and Roman heritage in antiquity (at the level of painting, architecture, sculpture and applied arts), as well as the Middle Ages, modern age, renaissance and baroque, but also modern times. The course starts with an analysis of the prehistoric period and an overview of the artistic heritage of ancient Greece and Rome with special emphasis on architecture, painting and applied arts, then analyzes the medieval art of Montenegro with special attention to medieval cities and sculpture, then the emphasis was placed on artistic monuments in the period from the 4th to the 10th century and the artistic culture of Duklja, medieval art in Montenegro and Romanesque and Gothic. Students are also introduced to the art culture in the period of Balšići, Crnojevići, post-Byzantine art, Renaissance and Baroque. A special segment of the course is dedicated to modern art in Montenegro and current Montenegrin art culture.

 

 

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:

 

 

-Apply historical classification in art history;

-Analyze the main epochs in Montenegrin art history;

-Describe and analyze the key characteristics of individual epochs (literature, architecture, sculpture, painting and applied arts);

-Discuss the most important works of Montenegrin art and critically analyze them;

-Critically analyze the current situation at the level of the Montenegrin art scene;

 -Identify the possibilities of adequate tourist valorization of artistic heritage.
