Opis kursa

Kurs je fokusiran na različite aspekte ljudskog života, sa fokusom na sagledavanje čovjeka kao društvenog bića i „bića kulture“. Akcenat je stavljen na teorijski i metodološki okvir sociokulturne antropologije, razumijevanje kompleksnih sociokulturnih koncepata i fenomena i analizu savremenih trendova u sociokulturnoj antropologiji. Iako je akcenat stavljen na antropološku perspektivu i antropološki okvir, predmet ima interdisciplinarni karakter u smislu da obuhvata i teme iz srodnih disciplina kao što su sociologija, kulturološke studije, semiotika, kulturna istorija, arheologija socijalna filozofija, etika, psihologija itd. 

Po završetku ovog kursa, student je osposobljen da:

-Analizira i kritički raspravlja o složenim konceptima i fenomenima unutar sociokulturne antropologije;

-Razmatra teorijski i metodološki okvir sociokulturne antropologije;

-Prati savremene trendove i teme u sociokulturnoj antropologiji I o njima argumentovano diskutuje;

-Unapređuje kritičko i polemičko mišljenje.

 Course description

The course is focused on the various aspects of human life, looking at man as a social being and "being of culture ". The accent is placed on theoretical and methodological framework of sociocultural anthropology, understanding of many the complex concepts and phenomena within it, and analysis of contemporary trends and topics in socio-cultural anthropology.  Although the emphasis is put on the anthropological perspective and anthropological framework, the course has interdisciplinary  character in the sense that it also includes topics from related disciplines, such as sociology, cultural studies, semiotics, cultural history, archeology, social philosophy, ethics, psychology etc.

Upon the completion of this course, student will be able to:

-Analyze and critically discuss the complex concepts and phenomena within sociocultural anthropology;

-Discuss the its theoretical and methodological framework of sociocultural anthropology;

-Elaborate the contemporary trends and topics in socio-cultural anthropology;

-Improve critical and polemical thinking.
