The course is related to professional practices. Students are introduced to hotel and restaurant environment.  They learn organization chart, different jobs in each department, tasks and functions carried out in each department of hotel or restaurant. Students should have thorough knowledge of the jobs taking place in the hotel and restaurant services industries
