Course objectives:

- Discover the sector-related contracts
- Understand the mechanisms of the hotel operator’s third-party liability

Summary:

Students are introduced to legal culture in business and in the hotel sector. Although they are unlikely to become jurists, this course must enable them to understand the key concepts that regulate their business activity and to acquire a solid legal culture and the vocabulary needed to interact with legal professionals.
