dr Aleksandra Martinović

Dr Aleksandra Martinović, rođena je u Podgorici, gdje je diplomirala na Odsjeku za biologiju Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta Univerziteta Crne Gore. Magistrirala je 2003., a prvi put doktorirala 2005. godine na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu iz oblasti prehrambene biotehnologije, na Odseku za prehrambeno- tehnološku mikrobiologiju. Svoj drugi doktorat odbranila je 2017. godine na University of Life Sciences, Faculty of Food Chemistry, Biotechnology and Food Science u Norveškoj. Tokom svog profesionalnog angažmana, boravila je na brojnim studijskim usavršavanjima u Danskoj, SAD, Irskoj i Norveškoj.


Bila je zaposlena u Institutu za higijenu i tehnologiju mesa u Beogradu kao direktor za razvoj i transfer tehnologija, potom u na Norveškom Univerzitetu za prirodne nauke (UMB). Radila je kao ekspert za bezbjednost hrane na Biotehničkom fakultetu, Univerziteta Crne Gore. Trenutno radi kao redovni profesor na Univerzitetu Donja Gorica i kao Direktorka  Centra izvrsnosti za procjenu rizika u oblasti bezbjednosti hrane u Podgorici.


Istraživački interes dr Aleksandre Martinović usmjeren je na praktičnu primjenu fundamentalnih znanja iz oblasti bezbjednosti hrane, mikrobiologije hrane i razvoja i implementacije novih tehnologija u prehrambenoj industriji.

 

Rukovoditeljka je projekata nacionalnog istraživanja prehrambenih navika kod djece i odraslih u skladu s metodologijom EU finansiranih od strane Evropske Agencije za bezbjednost hrane (EFSA). Rukovoditeljka je inovativnih i naučno istrazivačkih projekata, radila je kao ekspert na projektima UNFAO (Food and Agriculture Organisation of the UN), EU-IPA, UNDP, JRC (European Commission Joint Research Centre),  i drugih međunarodnih organizacija.



Ambasador je GHI (Global Harmonization Initiative) za Crnu Goru, predsjedavajući Grupe za globalnu harmonizaciju (Special Interest Group (SIG) Global Harmonization) i Tima za naučne komitete (Task Team (TT) Scientific Committees) u evropskoj federaciji za nauku o hrani i tehnologiju hrane (European Federation of Food Science and Technology), predsjedavajući radne grupe za higijenu mesa okviru evropske organizacije za higijenski inžinjering i dizajn opreme za proizvodnju hrane (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group- EHEDG). Član je specijalizovane grupe za preradu ribe u okviru evropske organizacije za higijenski inžinjering i dizajn opreme za proizvodnju hrane (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group- EHEDG).



Dr Martinović je samostalno ili kao koautor objavila više desetina naučnih radova, poglavlje u naučnoj monografiji izdatoj u inostranstvu, udžbenik za preduniverzitetski nivo obrazovanja, te studijski priručnik.
