Prof. dr Aleksandra Martinović

Prof. dr Aleksandra Martinović, pored dva doktora nauka iz oblasti biotehnologije-mikrobiologije hrane, bavila se i sprovođenjem međunarodnih programa i pitanjima mikrobiologije hrane i kvaliteta i bezbednosti hrane. Radila je kao koordinator projekta na raznim domaćim i međunarodnim projektima i ima značajno stručno i istraživačko iskustvo. Trenutno radi na poziciji direktora Centra izvrsnosti za procjenu rizika bezbjednosti hrane. Rukovodilac je projekta prvog nacionalnog istraživanja ishrane u Crnoj Gori za odraslu i dječiju populaciju po metodologiji EU menija, finansiranog od strane Evropske agencije za bezbjednost hrane (EFSA). Tokom svog kontinuiranog profesionalnog angažmana kao ekspert Organizacije za hranu i poljoprivredu Ujedinjenih nacija (UN FAO), uključena je u pitanja razvoja smjernica za sigurnost hrane za proizvođače i nadležne organe, ishranu, obuku proizvođača u okruženju. sigurnosti hrane i razvoja standarda kvaliteta hrane za tradicionalne prehrambene proizvode (npr. zaštita GI, standardizacija kvaliteta, itd.). Kao ekspert angažovana od strane Programa Ujedinjenih nacija za razvoj (UNDP) i GIZ-a (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH), bavi se analizama i predviđanjima koja se bave pitanjima Strategije pametne specijalizacije u Crnoj Gori (S3.me) , klimatske promjene i poljoprivredna proizvodnja i rodna ravnopravnost u sektoru. 

Kao direktorica za razvoj i transfer tehnologija u Institutu za higijenu i tehnologiju mesa, koordinirala je aktivnosti vezane za identifikaciju patogenih bakterija u prehrambenim proizvodima, implementaciju HACCP i ISO 22000 standarda u prehrambenu industriju, tehničko-tehnološko projektovanje mesnice prema propisima EU, implementacija novih tehnologija i unapređenje postojećih u mesnoj industriji, domaći i EU zahtjevi za uvoz i izvoz, označavanje hrane, kao i koordinacija istraživačkih, inovativnih i edukativnih projekata. Nadalje, radeći na Norveškom univerzitetu prirodnih nauka (UMB), fokus njenog istraživanja bila je mikrobna genetika i in vitro proučavanje preživljavanja bakterija ugrađenih u matriks hrane, u ljudskom gastrointestinalnom traktu.

Članica je Radne grupe za pregovore Crne Gore sa EU za Poglavlje 12 - Bezbjednost hrane, veterinarstvo i fitosanitarna politika, predsjedavajuća Posebne interesne grupe (SIG) Globalna harmonizacija i Radnog tima (TT) Naučnih odbora pri Evropska federacija prehrambenih nauka i tehnologije (www.effost.org). Ambasadorka je GHI za Crnu Goru (www.globalharmonization.net), članica je Federacije evropskih mikrobiologa i članica Crnogorskog mikrobiološkog društva.
